Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Custom or personalized items, gift cards, and final sale items are non-returnable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Exchanges
